I use saline nasal spray every morning, I've found it will keep the sinus trouble away. When I did it this morning I knew something wasn't right, I looked at the bottle and I was spraying eye drops up my nose. I've been around my mom too long.

I use a Saline spray too, kind of giving your nose a bath inside. By the way, if you use nose spray for allergies or a cold, use the saline spray first to clean out the nose before using another nasal spray.

My better-half uses one of those devices that looks like a tea pot. I cannot do the saline nor that. However, I use a hot steamy shower, breathing it in and blowing my nose. Amazing what one collects over the course of a day.
