We had Our first major snow of the season today. The schools were closed and they used their first snow day, they only have 10. Last winter We had 22 snows and this year it's starting off even earlier. The weather people are predicting record cold for tonight with wind chill factors well below zero.
What happened to Global Warming?

I saw that on the news/weather. Better you all than me. I do not do cold weather. It's supposed to go down in the 30s a couple of nights this week but the day time temps will still be in the high 60s and low 70s

What happened to Global Warming? As Horace Greeley said long ago, Go West, young man...they want more snow in the California mountains, so they can have water when it melts. Of course, you're neither young nor male, and I think it snowed in Oregon and Washington a few days ago. You can have the snow. We don't want that kind of thing around here, at least, not yet. As far as I am concerned, it's a four letter word.
