The Native American's believed that life was a circle. I also in large measure agree. God has some how arranged things to circle or in circles.
The moon goes around the earth, the earth goes around the sun. Sunday is followed by the week days and back to sunday. I heard a Christian preacher talk about this once. He called it God's circle. Our life's are circles. When we're at the top of the circle life is at it's best, when we're at the bottom of the circle things are at there worst. It would seem one would strive to stay at the top of the circle but no one stays there forever at some point things change. The preacher said when you're at the top of the circle you have reason to be concerned you won't remain there. However life at the bottom of the circle isn't so bad, you have no where else to go but up.

I would rather a spiral. A spiral moves on, growing or shrinking.
However, many a religion views life as a circle.
Have you ever heard of the Eternal Return? That we live the same life, over and over again? The ancient Greeks first conceived of the idea. It may be true. If so, live this life well.

It sounds a bit like a multiverse....in a way.
