But frustratingly, scientists still don’t understand exactly what that connection is." I've already cut back to every other day with Rosuvastatin. I hope to ween myself off of it. I have found having an adjustable bed with the head end raised helps with the reflux.

Raising the head of the bed was good advice for me. That works well for acid reflux after going to bed.

I was explaining about Turmeric as an alternative to my brother and out of curiosity I read the directions. It says to take 3 capsules once a day with water. So I increased my use to 3 and that made the difference.
