I woke up with a stuffy nose.....not good. Not good and I understand. A doctor once told me to change the over the counter meds for that condition every once in a while. In other words, I use all of the allergy medicines each for a length of time and then change to another. The body does not get used to just one as it might not remain effective.

Sounds like a good piece of advice I may soon need. Thanks!

I woke up with a stuffy nose.....not good. I suffer from allergies the whole year long. I'll tell you what my doc told me... 1. use Saline to clean the nose. 2. Take something like zertec(?). Do not take anything that has a 'D' in it. 3. Use Flonaise(?) or equivalent. 4. most stuffy noses are cause by low humidity, so get a humidifier.
