The death of Jesus was a planned event. Jesus became a sacrifice for sins. Being a planned event was Judas included in God's redemption plan?
Judas was not necessarily a terrible person.

Some say it was Judas who was crucified, that he voluntarily took the place of Jesus after his betrayal was discovered. Jesus knew about the betrayal.

The death of Jesus was a planned event. Jesus became a sacrifice for sins. Being a planned event was Judas included in God's redemption plan? Judas was not necessarily a terrible person. When the Apostle Paul said: "I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified" (1†Corinthians 2:2), he did not mean that Christians were not to think of anything else, but they were not to think of anything to the exclusion of that. There were men who came early into the Church, and who denied that God had appeared in the Church or come in the flesh at all. Some said he was not crucified at all, but that Judas Iscariot was crucified in his stead. Some said his body was not a real body, but a phantasm. When the apostle insisted that Christ crucified was to be believed, it was not to be believed to the exclusion of his words and deeds, but to the exclusion of these fantastic dreams. Judas betrayed the Word made flesh and was a picture of the Jewish Church who had done the same thing. Judas was not a part of redemption but a part of the end of the old covenant the Jews squandered and made the scriptures of non-effect by man made traditions.

Where can I look up where Judas was crucified in the place of Jesus?
That's a new one to me.

Rdlb, what do you think about those claims?

Rdlb, what do you think about those claims? After receiving Christ and after receiving my OBE and subsequent confirmation of the Word I was to keep. I think there are always detractors who would make less or destroy His Word, His life and our redemption and regeneration. Holy things I and others have come to value from personal experiences. Galatians 1:6-9

Jesus said that his Father would come after the Son is killed (in the parable of the owner of the vineyard) and indeed the one with the three virtues of parent, teacher and sovereign of all mankind did appear and reveal the True Cause of Original Enlightenment in the year 1260. He submitted the Rissho Ankoku Ron (the Treatise for Securing Peace in the Land Through the Establishment of True Buddhism) to the most powerful authority within the Japanese Shogunate on July 16th 1260.
