sydney > To tell the truth, I could not watch ths entire video. So I'cant logically comment on it. First, the baby was gurgling, crying and distracting. Then the minister began to raise his voice.
I've said many times that I was raised Southern Baptist. That being said, the Southern Baptists have come a long way, in their delivery, since I was a kid.
I have sat through more services than I care to remember when the minister yelled, screamed, slammed his hand on the pulpit in order to make a point. Not saying this man is that bad.
I have actually walked out mid sermon when visiting a church with a screaming preacher.
I get much more from a low key delivery. I don't think anyone has ever been screamed into heaven.
That's what I love most about my minister. It's like you are having a conversation in your living room
Maybe you can paraphrase for us who couldn't watch that lengthy video.

I'm use to preaching like that it's normal to me Although when I preach I never raise my voice...no need for it that I can see.
