We used to go camping just about every weekend. Back on a riverbank somewhere away from everyone. Enjoying the fresh air, the outdoors. The smell of brewing coffee & fish cooking on the campfire. Nothing any better! I haven't been able to do it in a long time. I can still fish, just have to have a good bed to rest at bedtime...no more sleeping bags or camp cots for granny. My sleeping tents on the ground days are behind me. I sold all my equipment. My fishing days however have increased. We now have a cabin at a lake about 80 miles from here with a dock and my old pontoon boat. It's not much to look at but it has a good reliable motor. Plus the fish don't know what it looks like. I catch largemouth, catfish and LOTS of more pooppie. I made a fish attractor from about thirty Christmas trees in 15 feet of water about 30 feet off the back of the boat. I turn my seat around, put the top up and, if I don't doze off, catch fish all day. I have never been much into fishing. As to camping, in my earlier years my idea of camping was a cheap room at a Holiday Inn. As I have gotten older I prefer an upgrade to a cheap room.

I don't know what you see from your view but on my forum you click "Admin" at the top of the page, click "Settings" (there's an icon with a gear and a screwdriver) and then click "Censored Words". You enter the word you want to censor and a replacement word. Obviously the word c r a p is replaced with poop. Actually, I find the word poop much more disgusting than c r a p, but different strokes for different folks I guess. POOP POOP POOP POOP POOP!! The only thing I see is the ban members option. The settings option only contains the ban members choice. there is no gear icon or screwdriver icon.

Maybe if you ask them they will give you more access. The c r a p blaster isn't that big of a deal but I think it's a little silly.

As to camping, in my earlier years my idea of camping was a cheap room at a Holiday Inn. As I have gotten older I prefer an upgrade to a cheap room. I come from a log line of fishermen. We had a camp on the Ohio River in Prospect in the 50s before the high dollar houses were built there. I've got photos of my grandfather, great-uncles, my dad and his brother fishing on the old dock or along the bank of Harrod's Creek before the marinas were there. I have lots of pictures of them holding stringers of fish. My wife took a picture of my brother and me in a similar pose a couple of years ago after a particularly good day. My best stretch of fishing was back in September when I had COVID and I went to the lake house for a week by myself to quarantine away from my family. I caught more c r a p p i e that week than I wanted to fillet. I threw most of them back but I still have a couple of bags in the freezer.
