I was wondering if anyone falls out of bed like me. I'm serious and it's no fun. I fell out of bed again last night. I have fell out of bed so many times I guess I'm going to have to start sleeping on the floor to keep from getting hurt.
Two summers ago I fell out of bed so I moved the bed next to the wall. One night I had a nightmare and kicked the wall and broke my foot. Whew.

Ouch ! No, I can't say I fall out of bed on a regular basis.. however. New Year' s Day morning in the wee hours. I must have still been half asleep but had to go to the bathroom. I rolled over and whap, I hit the floor. Not only did I hit the floor hard, I somehow managed to pull the lamp on the night stand down with me and it hit me on the head. And NO we weren't partying the night before. We've long past those days I was still wrapped up in a blanket, the dog was scared out of his wits, barking like crazy and licking me in the face.. When I finally realized what had happened all I could do was just lie there and laugh. I was also soaking wet with the glass of water I knocked off the table too.. What a way to start off the new year. When my husband finally woke up and stopped laughing, asked if I was OK, he promptly went back to sleep. At least the dog was concerned.

I have fell out of bed several times. They have installed a thingy on the side that I bring up once I'm in bed. It's a rude awakening when your face says hello to the carpet.
