Smiling. I think we will discover that the military can be required to be vaccinated as well. I didn't have to consent to be immunized in the Army. I had already consented to be Government property when I was inducted.

Maybe, but it's a different set of circumstances I think. I could see military assignments based on whether someone has, or hasn't been vaccinated. Or, maybe making veteran medical benefits contingent on getting the vaccine.
But the interesting point in the IU case is that the conservative leaning court ruled against those who thought their freedom of choice was being taken from them. They do have that choice, but the school also has the choice to tell them to go elsewhere if they don't get vaccinated.
