Kirk, I've looked at your new board and it looks good. It's puzzling why you don't open it. Yeah, I know you won't let me on it. There are peeps that would join plus you could put it in the Proboards directory. I'm not sure why you would be puzzled other than you can't understand plain English. I have said countless times that I only need one place to post. I am not like you. The forum I created was to be a back-up if this one disappeared for any reason when you were making idle threats to get ProBoards to shut it down. Even then, it was more so Lowell would have a place where he would feel comfortable posting if you succeeded with your threats. I'm not the kind of person who needs to demonstrate my ability to build multiple forums and I have absolutely no ego that requires me to be "in charge" of an Internet forum. I am satisfied with who is here and that no one has control over anyone else. I have a link to this board on Kirk's Universe and a clear message about why it was created. Anyone who has seen my forum should have no problem finding me here if they want to converse with me. If I ever need to activate my forum, and I hope I don't, I know how to get it listed in the ProBoards directory, if I think that's necessary. I hope that clears up your puzzlement. |

I never said any of those things you suggested. If it were your forum you could have up the boards you wanted. You know very well the benefits of having your own forum. It's like renting a house or owning a house. I've never tried to get this forum closed, it makes no difference to me if you want to slum.
As for as Lowell, I think I have been very kind to him. He was on this board posting to himself, he was the only one on here. I came down here and got him to go to Heeeyyys board, I'm sure you remember that. Then the board was given to me and he leaves because of something heeeyyy said to him. I have been more than fair to him.
One last thing, Every time I get on here you take a defensive position and there's no need for that. I sure don't feel like that, my board is open to everyone.

There's nothing I need that this place doesn't provide. It's perfect as far as I'm concerned. You can list all the "benefits" you want about your boards and my response will be "I don't need them". You obviously need more to make you happy. I am more easily satisfied than you. If that puzzles you, get over it.

If someone says one thing and seemingly lives another way they have a right to be questioned. As for Lowell. I take him at his word. I've known him for a long time, I think he's honest. And now you realize why we question everything out of your mouth. |
