I went over the rules and regulations of the board, they are basic rules of any board and of the main board herre that we are a part of.
Those who like political debate will see that there is no political forum here, but actually there is. Right now the political area is set so that if a user wants to join the discussions they must request access to that forum. Many members have made the comment that they wanted me to remove that area so I made some member changes so that if you do not want or if you are a new membr there is no access to those areas.
I will respond to questions or even make comments to some posts.
I will be adding an updated Science forum, this will include Space, climate, medical innovations, and physics. This will be for sciene only since opinions have another forum to post in. I want to have valid links for science posts.

As the acting administrator, in the absence of Matador, I am adding the rule that every member only have one account. The abuse of the tolerance of multiple accounts in the past has created confusion and distrust. Thank you in advance for understanding this.

As the acting administrator, in the absence of Matador, I am adding the rule that every member only have one account. The abuse of the tolerance of multiple accounts in the past has created confusion and distrust. Thank you in advance for understanding this. Very good. I agree. I think exceptions should only be allowed in a case like rdlb, who returned after a long absence and couldn't recall his password. He started a second account with a similar name (rdlb2) and made it clear why. He wasn't trying to deceive anyone. I wonder if ProBoards has a way to reset his original account and allow him to choose a new password and continue as his old self. I suggest you message him and let him know you've been given admin privileges. Thanks for taking on these responsibilities. It was long overdue.

Yes, there can be exceptions made for innocent duplicates. I also wouldn't want to lose the posts of rdlb. I should check if there is a way for him to reset his password. Good thinking!
He also has a sub-board under the original name in the members' boards section.
Oh Oh! the members' sub-boards are gone! You may never have been able to see those. Scott did the removal of the Non-Member's boards and must have disabled the members' sub-boards too. - as an inadvertent consequence. Oh well.

Lowell, thank you for taking your on the task of cleaning up this board. It was long overdue and much needed. I am sure that there are two posters this morning trying to figure out what went wrong with their plan. That part I find hilarious. Thanks again.
