One advantage of facebook is that you can send quick messages to friends. I have a facebook account that I still have and yet quit posting on for a bit. I had allowed a number of friends and then had to not follow them do to the vast difference in lifestyles that we have. The politics got to far out of hand. However, I enjoyed keeping in contact with family and adding their pictures to our photo album.

More than any personal posting, I share interesting things that come through my timeline, that is, things I see as interesting. I rarely post something per se, but I do value the contact with those listed as friends.

I rarely post something per se, but I do value the contact with those listed as friends. My wife enjoys posting inspirational quotes and thoughts along with keeping tabs on her side of the family.
