I had this procedure done a few weeks back for a rather large corneal abrasion. Looks painful, but it wasn't. After a week, the abrasion was completely healed

Yes, it is. I've had this procedure twice. I've also had a Procardia ring, but they can't use the Procardia ring now, because it will cover the end of the drainage shunt. The Procardia ring covers the entire front of the eye instead of just the cornea. You name it, I've had it.
